With Grace Counseling is contracted with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO. All insurance claims will be submitted for clients who this provider covers.

With Grace Counseling also works with out-of-network insurance providers and other insurance carriers who may cover some or all of the cost of therapy sessions. Patients are responsible for paying fees up front and then submitting claims by mailing in a “Super Bill” (detailed receipt) provided by With Grace Counseling, requesting reimbursement from your out-of-network insurance company (United Healthcare, Aetna, Humana, Cigna, Medicare, Medicaid, HMO etc).

Out-of-pocket therapy costs depend on the provider’s reimbursement rate; you are responsible for finding out your reimbursement rates and out-of-pocket costs. These costs will always be discussed between client and therapist before billing.
